OLD BUSINESS:

 

H&I Motion #1 to change literature amount from $50 to $200, decided to let H&I chair to take an inventory to see how much literature is needed to fill facilities. Agreed that H&I will be compensated for whatever is needed to get inventory to sufficient amount.  This way the $50 will be to replenish the reserve each month.

 

Motion #2 clean time to be changed to 6 months wasn’t voted on.  Policy will stay the same.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Experienced GSRs need to help new GSRs.

            T-shirts are to be expected for sale by the end of the month. (jersey style reserve)

 

Organizers of April 23rd speaker jam asked that activities set up merchandise table. (Bookmarkers, T-Shirts and Travel Mugs are expected to be available)
