*P&A REPORT: Given by John D.

Being our Area Policy and Administration Chairperson, it has been brought to my attention, that there seems to be some unclear verbiage in our Area Policy, which has been causing controversy and disunity in our area.

After discussion with other concerned members, and further discussion with fellow home group member of The Growing Tree group of NA, a group conscience decision was made on April 29, 2005 to host a Learning Day event where all concerned members of our area can review and better clarify our local policies.  Pending further discussion with the other Friday night group and Clean for Today, we hope to hold this learning event at our annual combined picnic, to be held on August 20, 2005.  More to be revealed.

Any and all help from willing trusted servants will be greatly appreciated.

Lets take pride in what we have and make this a successful event.

Remember people, this is a WE THING.

Thanks for the opportunity to serve,

                                                                                    Johnny D.- P&A Chairperson
