Policy and Administrations brought up that Vision of Hope Center has been distributing flyers and also making announcements at meetings concerning activities at their center, which violates some of our traditions. It was discussed that they need to be more specific and state that these are NA functions not function promoted by the center in order for these events to be announced at any NA meeting.  After some discussion agreements were made and the meeting may change its name in order to eliminate confusion because the NA meeting is also named Vision of Hope.
