            Halloween Party October 29th @ 7:30. At Rochester Grace Lutheran Church, 393 Adams St. Rochester.  Asking for $350.00 from area. The hell costs $100, clean up $30, DJ costs $60 and the rest will go towards food and drink.

Retreat: Positions open- Activities, Camp Liaison, and additional needs.  Private rooms will go to $55; all other prices are the same as last year.  Activities schedule is as follows: St. Lawrence O’Toole (Jan.), SWANA (Feb.), ICANA (March), NEASNA (April), Troy Hill (May). $3/person, $5/couple.

 

Convention:  Ahead of schedule, last activity on October 8th at St. Lawrence O’Toole.  At large members down to 5 of 12 on BOD.  Interested parties need to contact BOD.

 

Meeting lists updates needed for region.  If we have any to update, refer to region.  Need Regional Committee Chair, Secretary and Regional Delegate.  Regional PI and H&I chairs would welcome any area participation.  All BOD and BOD member reports are available from the Area Board Rep.

November 6th   Beaver Valley Area Service Meets at the Vanport D&A Building on the First Sunday                                             of the Month.  Activities meet @ 2:30; H&I meet @ 3:00; Area Starts @ 4:00.
